Greg Watson, CEO
Greg Watson started his journey in the construction industry in the early 1970's. In 1972 he started a company with a partner and in 1978 Watson Roofing incorporated and focused on residential housing. By 1985 Greg started making his transition into the commercial arena and with perseverance he transitioned completely into the world of commercial construction. Building upon this expansion, Greg and his partner split in 2000, which offered Greg the freedom to develop opportunities in Southern California. Fast forward to 2005, Greg has built Watson Roofing, Inc. to include its parent company Watson Companies, Inc. followed by Watson Services, Inc. and Watson Contractors, Inc.
Terry MacAdam, COO
Terry MacAdam has over 20 years of senior level Business Unit operations management experience in the Construction Industry. He has spent a predominance of his career in the Nuclear Sector of the Power Generation Industry. Working in this highly technical and operations process disciplined market sector, he brings a depth of construction experience focused toward financial control, operational process execution and Business Unit financial performance. Throughout the 90's he spent a majority of his time overseas where he was responsible for the oversight of International Business Units in both Asia and Europe.
Steve White, General Manager—Construction
Steve White’s career in construction started in 1981. Initially a laborer, Steve went on to become a journey man carpenter. In 1987, Steve accepted a job working for a large commercial tilt up contractor. There he excelled as a carpenter and quickly moved into a superintendent position. By 1991 he was running multiple projects from a satellite office in Napa, CA. Over the next four years Steve added 25 new buildings to the Napa, Fairfield and American Canyon area. Most of the projects were design build and they included industrial, wine producing, multiple building office complexes and two story office buildings. As a Project Manager for Watson Contractors Steve is managing multiple projects including: a design build, 13,500 square foot paint manufacturing facility and an ADA repair in two 88,000 square feet, two story office buildings occupied by the state.
John Cummings, General Manager—Service
John Cummings has been in the Service/Roofing industry for over 9 years, he has managed several very large scale new construction and re roofing projects for Watson roofing inc along with numerous service type remodel projects, he has an eye for your problem and the know how to get it resolved quickly, no task is to big nor to small for John. John has been Watson Contractors Service Manager since it was founded, available 24hrs a day 7 days a week for all service emergencies, John Cummings is the friendly voice on the other end of the line eager to take control of a bad situation so you don’t have to.
